March–April 2023

2023: publishing success of 'Les Apprentis sorciers' and repetition of disputed claims about messenger RNA, DNA and vaccine effects

No legal proceedings

The book 'Les Apprentis sorciers' became a bestseller, revisiting Henrion-Caude's concerns about messenger RNA vaccines and their possible interaction with genetic material. Several scientific claims in the book were examined and judged misleading, unproven or based on misinterpretations of research.

December 2020–January 2021

2020–2021: viral video claiming mRNA vaccines could integrate into genome and transmit changes to future generations

No legal proceedings

In a widely shared video, Henrion-Caude claimed that vaccine messenger RNA could potentially integrate into human DNA and that modifications might be passed to future generations. She also described RNA vaccines as gene therapy. The mechanisms invoked were not supported by available evidence.

February 2021

2021: promotion of ReinfoCovid/Coordination Santé Libre drug protocol denounced by doctors as dangerous and imprudent

No legal proceedings

Henrion-Caude circulated a protocol for early Covid treatment proposed by a group linked to ReinfoCovid, including several prescriptions outside established recommendations. Doctors and pharmacologists criticised it as potentially dangerous and insufficiently substantiated; referrals to health authorities were considered.

March 2021

2021: claim that people vaccinated against Covid were more contagious than unvaccinated people

No legal proceedings

Henrion-Caude claimed that studies showed vaccinated people were more contagious than unvaccinated people, relying in particular on an earlier study concerning influenza and aerosol emissions. That study did not support the conclusion that people vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 were more contagious.

2021: misleading presentation of public comment as though FDA had declared vaccines 'killed more people than they saved'

No legal proceedings

Henrion-Caude circulated footage from a public FDA meeting suggesting that the agency itself had acknowledged that vaccination killed more people than it saved. The person shown was speaking during a public comment session and did not represent the FDA.

2020: media shift with TV Libertés, false claim of 'forced vaccinations' in South Africa and allegations of researchers being 'silenced'

No legal proceedings

In a viral interview on TV Libertés, Henrion-Caude denounced conflicts of interest that allegedly 'silenced' researchers and referred to 'forced vaccinations' in South Africa. Le Monde identified the latter statement as misinformation already circulating in disinformation networks.

été–automne 2020

2020: claim that PCR swab could reach cribriform plate and allow secret administration of nanoparticles to brain

No legal proceedings

Henrion-Caude claimed that nasopharyngeal swabs used for PCR tests reached the cribriform plate and might allow nanoparticles or new forms of treatment to pass directly into the brain. Anatomical evidence contradicts this description: a standard nasopharyngeal swab does not reach the cribriform plate.

2020: appearance in 'Hold-Up' documentary and closer ties with Covid-sceptic ecosystem

No legal proceedings

Henrion-Caude appears in 'Hold-Up', a viral documentary bringing together numerous misleading or conspiratorial claims about the pandemic, vaccines, WHO, laboratories and public health policies. Her status as a former Inserm researcher helped lend scientific credibility to certain sequences.

  1. February 2021

2021: misleading graph linking Seychelles vaccination campaign to increase in deaths

Henrion-Caude shared a graph suggesting a worrying correlation between the start of vaccination in the Seychelles and an increase in deaths. AFP Factuel's analysis, drawing on local authorities, showed that the presentation omitted the epidemic context and that the people who had died during the period examined had not received the vaccine.
