Investigation

Two customers were shot and injured at Club Cubana in Lagos during an altercation involving police officers assigned to Burna Boy's escort. 2017: Mr 2Kay case — declared wanted, questioned, detained and then charged with conspiracy and accessory after the fact

Formally charged

Following the assault and armed robbery suffered by singer Mr 2Kay at Eko Hotel, Lagos police said suspects had named Burna Boy. He reported to police, was questioned and detained, then appeared in court on charges of conspiracy and being an accessory after the fact.
