September 2023: sentenced to four months in prison for contempt of Singapore court, but remains outside Singapore

Civil / administrative proceedings

Davies, like Zhu, was sentenced to four months' imprisonment for intentionally disobeying the Singapore disclosure order. Subsequent judgments indicate that he remained outside Singapore; case sources in 2026 still described him as subject to an unexecuted committal order.
