2008–2017: Juventus TV rights / Meister Team bankruptcy — final criminal acquittal, remittal limited to civil consequences

Acquitted / conviction overturned

Giraudo was prosecuted for complicity in fraudulent bankruptcy in a case involving Meister Team, a company responsible for Juventus television rights. He was acquitted at first instance in 2011 and on appeal in 2015. In 2017, the Court of Cassation intervened solely on the civil consequences, as the criminal acquittal was already final because the prosecution had not appealed.
