Mirko Alessandrini, known as CiccioGamer89, is an Italian gaming creator who later expanded into the food business. In 2022, financial police referred alleged tax-return omissions to prosecutors; he disputed the allegations, and no final outcome was verified. A poorly managed free-burger event prompted criticism and an apology in 2024. He was also the victim of a theft of collectible cards at a convention in 2025.

2022: tax-reporting allegations referred to prosecutors

Investigation

In November 2022 Rome’s financial police referred a file to prosecutors alleging missing income-tax and VAT returns for more than €1 million of revenue over several years. Investigators cited more than €400,000 in direct taxes and around €160,000 in VAT, but those figures are not a conviction. In January 2024 Alessandrini said he had submitted documents and was awaiting a response; a May 2025 report mentioned no fine without publishing a court ruling.
