2025: After Charlie Kirk's assassination, remarks on fear of political violence and Elon Musk calls for his imprisonment

No legal proceedings

Following Charlie Kirk's assassination, Destiny argued that conservatives needed to experience fear of being killed at events to demand that their leaders lower the political temperature, and linked the climate of violence, in his view, to Donald Trump's return to the presidency. Elon Musk asserted that the remarks amounted to incitement and that Destiny should go to prison.
