2023: prosecution service reviews videos filmed while driving

Investigation

Videos showed Gio holding a camera while driving, including a clip in which he cried after a breakup. Road-safety group Veilig Verkeer Nederland condemned the danger, and prosecutors said they were reviewing the footage. No later charging decision or conviction was identified.
