IsAmU (Szymon Kasprzyk)

On 5 March 2025 Polish authorities detained ten people in an investigation concerning promotional lotteries, disputed VAT treatment and suspected money laundering. Prosecutors named a “Szymon K.”, whom the press identified as IsAmU, among the suspects and announced charges against the group. All ten were subsequently released subject to non-custodial measures, and no conviction of IsAmU in this case was found.
