Rafael Leão is a Portuguese international forward. His 2018 exit from Sporting led to civil and sports arbitration proceedings and a €16.5 million compensation payment to the club. Later disputes concerned his conduct and relations with coaches; he was sent off in a Portugal friendly in June 2026.
