2025: Federal Supreme Court overturns procedural ruling and remits case for substantive appeal

No legal proceedings

The Federal Supreme Court held that the indictment met legal requirements and that the grounds relied on by the Higher Court to return the case to prosecutors did not justify annulment. The case therefore had to return to the Zurich court for substantive review.
