2023 civil lawsuit alleging sexual assault during a 2003 helicopter flight

Civil / administrative proceedings

A woman then identified as Jane Doe accused Lee of sexually assaulting her during a helicopter flight in 2003. In May 2024, the court found that the complaint, as pleaded, did not meet the statutory conditions of the revival window invoked; the claimant subsequently voluntarily dismissed the action without prejudice.

Previous assault on photographer at the Viper Room

Conviction

Before the Pamela Anderson case, Lee had already pleaded no contest after assaulting a photographer who attempted to film the couple leaving the Viper Room; the photographer suffered fractures, among other injuries.
